We want you to be delighted with your purchase at Sunday Product. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 1 to 2 days of the delivery date. Please note that some things may have different return policies and restrictions, which will be clearly stated on the product page.  

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:  

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@sundayproduct.com to request a return authorization number (RMA). Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.  
  2. Once you receive your RMA number, pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.  
  3. Affix the shipping label our customer service team provided to the package, and ship the item(s) back to us using a carrier of your choice. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.  
  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.  

Please note the following:  

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) show signs of wear or damage.  
  • Returns must comply with our return policy to be subject to a restocking fee.  
  • Digital Products, Custom orders, and personalized items are non-returnable.
