What we collect
To process your order and provide support, we collect:
- Name, phone number, email, and shipping city
- Payment receipt screenshots (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer)
- Order history and conversation transcripts (WhatsApp + on-site chat)
- Basic device/browser data via Vercel Analytics (no third-party trackers)
How we use it
- To deliver your order and verify payment
- To replace accounts under warranty
- To send order updates and support messages on WhatsApp
- To improve the product (anonymous aggregate analytics)
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell customer data.
- We don’t share customer data with third-party advertisers.
- We don’t spam you — every message we send is order-related unless you opted into marketing.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies for cart state, authentication, and recently viewed products. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of your customer data at any time. Message us on WhatsApp from the same number on the order, and we will purge the record within 7 days. Order records required by law (e.g. tax records) may be retained for the legally required period.
