Account credentials are delivered via WhatsApp and email within 1–2 hours of payment confirmation during business hours (10am–11pm PKT, daily). Outside those hours, delivery is typically by 11am the next morning.
If your digital order isn’t delivered within 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp with your order code (SUN-1234). If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, you’re entitled to a full refund.
Use the Order Tracker to look up status by order code. You’ll also receive WhatsApp updates when the status changes.
