Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Sunday Product is a Karachi, Pakistan-based reseller of premium digital subscriptions. Subscriptions are sourced through legitimate channels and delivered to customers in Pakistan and globally.

2. Your account

You must provide an accurate phone number for delivery. You are responsible for the security of any credentials we deliver. Do not share or resell them outside the household plan limits set by the platform (e.g. Netflix Family allows up to 4 streams; Spotify Family allows up to 6 listeners in one household).

3. Payment

Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified. We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, and (for select products) Cash on Delivery. Prices are in PKR and may change without notice; the price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

4. Delivery

Digital subscriptions are typically delivered within 1–2 hours of payment confirmation. If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.

6. Acceptable use

• Don’t change the email or password on shared accounts (this voids warranty immediately).
• Don’t resell credentials we delivered (apply for the reseller programme instead).
• Don’t use VPNs or location spoofing on platforms that explicitly prohibit it.

7. Liability

Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for third-party platform actions (account bans, plan changes, regional restrictions) outside the warranty terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on this page with the “Last updated” date.
