Warranty Policy

30-day account replacement

Every subscription product purchased from Sunday Product is covered by a 30-day account replacement warranty. If the account stops working through no fault of yours within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it for free — no questions asked.

What’s covered

  • Account suddenly logs you out and won’t accept the password
  • Account becomes inaccessible (not due to your action)
  • Plan downgrades from Premium to Free without explanation
  • Region or household checks that block access

What’s not covered

  • Sharing the account with someone outside your immediate household when the platform’s terms forbid it
  • Changing the email or password on the account (this voids the warranty immediately)
  • Using the account on more devices than the plan allows
  • Issues caused by VPN switching or location spoofing on platforms that do not allow it
  • Accounts after the 30-day window has expired

How to claim

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order code (e.g. SUN-1234) and a short description of the issue.
  2. We verify the issue (often within a few minutes during business hours).
  3. We send you a fresh working account, usually within 1–2 hours.

Beyond 30 days

For some products we offer extended warranty (60 or 90 days) — this is shown on the product page if available. After the warranty period ends, you can re-purchase at customer-loyalty pricing.
